I think we've played the latest hotness and found them only so so. So, what to pull out now.

Back to the old favorites and stand bys.

"The Crew" came out and we got a few more missions in. It starts to get brain burning after a few missions. Pretty simple game with not much to it. The players make the game.

After a few plays, one can get confident and track the cards. (I would say skip the memory thing and just put them out but that's cuz I'm an old dude and don't like that sort of mental exercise.

Code Words came out on another table. Not my favorite but a solid game. Dominion was on a third. All great choices.

A few different people showed and the conversation remained lively. Apparently, many in the group are D&D types as well.

The restaurant was great as always ... The Bold Mariner.
